Shipping via FedEx:
AngelsAtticDesigns.com is proud to offer FedEx delivery service for all orders, except in the rare circumstance that FedEx does not deliver to the address you provide. For complete details, please visit fedex.com.

For your security, FedEx may require a signature at time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. If you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, you may sign a FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without a signature.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes:
In some cases, orders for shipment to P.O. boxes may take longer to be processed since FedEx does NOT deliver to P.O. boxes. These orders will be delivered via another method such as U.S.P.S.
Order Processing Time:
For all embroidered items, please allow us 2-3 weeks to make your personalized and unique quality article.
Order Tracking:
We offer real-time online order tracking where you can view the status of your order's activation and shipment, with links to track your package via FedEx. As soon as the item is shipped and a tracking number is assigned, you may track your shipment through the fedex.com website.
If You Receive the Wrong Item:
If we make an error with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment, via the
Customer
Service
Center (CustomerService@AngelsAtticDesigns.com), and we will make arrangements to send a replacement promptly.
