Order Processing Time:
IN-STOCK items:
- Orders received Monday – Friday before 2pm CST usually ship the same day.
- Orders received Monday – Thursday after 2pm CST usually ship the next day.
- Orders received Saturday, Sunday or after 2pm CST on Friday usually ship the following Monday.
CUSTOM, PRE-ORDER, and LAYAWAY orders:
You will receive an email within 2 business days with an update for your order and an estimated shipping date.
Order Tracking:
You will receive an email with your invoice and FedEx or USPS Express Mail International tracking number the evening your order ships
These additional emails are sent from the email address: Angel@AngelsAtticDesigns.com . To ensure you receive this very important information, please add us to your address book so the information doesn't land in your Bulk or Spam folders.
Shipping via FedEx:
Angel's Attic Designs is proud to offer FedEx delivery service for all orders in the United States, except in the rare circumstance that FedEx does not deliver to the address you provide. For complete details, please visit www.FedEx.com.
If FedEx does not deliver to your address, please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange an alternate shipping service for you.
If you have your own FedEx account number and would like us to use it, please enter your account information in the comment section during checkout. We will subtract the shipping charge from your total when we process your order

FedEx Signature Requirement:
During checkout, the following option is on the shipping page:
FedEx Delivery Signature Options
- No signature required (will leave package at door)
- Signature required (will NOT leave package unattended)
The default option is ‘No signature required’. This means FedEx will leave your package unattended at your front door if no one is available at the time of delivery.
Should you choose ‘Signature required’, FedEx will obtain a signature in one of three ways:
- From someone at the delivery address.
- From a neighbor, building manager or someone at a neighboring address.
- The recipient can sign a FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.
For your security, FedEx requires a signature at the time of delivery for orders over $500. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives.
FedEx Delivery to PO Boxes:
FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes at a US Post Office. However there are some instances where your physical home address is a PO Box combined with your street name. This is usually found in very remote areas of the United States. If this is the case with your address, please enter the PO Box and street name in the ‘Ship to:’ field. For example:

International Shipping
For International orders, Angel's Attic Designs offers FedEx International Economy or USPS Global Express Guaranteed (provided USPS delivers to your country.) For complete details, please visit www.USPS.com or http://www.fedex.com/us/international/ .
