Our Return Policy

 

Sale items are considered final sales and may NOT be returned.

Personalized, customized or made-to-order items (special order purchases where the design has been modified to the specification of the customer) may NOT be returned or exchanged unless the embroidery design or product is damaged or defective.

 

All other items may be returned, with the original proof of purchase, within 15 days of the shipping date.  You will receive a credit to the original tender (e.g. major credit card) less the shipping charges.  We will not accept or be responsible for items returned later than 15 days from the shipping date. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Please wrap your item carefully; package and ship it so that damage does not occur.

 

Ne'Qwa Art products must be returned in their original packaging materials including the brown Ne'Qwa outer protective box otherwise, we will not be able to issue a credit for the returned item(s). In the case of damage during shipping, please retain all packaging materials and notify us immediately. We will contact the shipper for re-pick-up and notify you with replacement information.
