All items marked “Available for Pre-Order” may be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Upon receipt of inventory in our warehouse, pre-orders have priority and will be filled based on the order date. Any remaining inventory will then be advertised for sale on our website.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your initial order with the remainder due at shipping.

• Use Coupon Code PRE20 during the checkout process to create a payment for 20% of your total items.

• After we process your initial order, you will receive an email confirming your order including any applicable shipping charges. The email will be from Angel@AngelsAtticDesigns.com . Please make sure to add us to your address book so our email does not land in your Spam/Bulk mail folder.

• When your order is completely filled and ready for shipping, we will send you another email. Please acknowledge the email with a reply. Once your acknowledgment is received, we will charge your account for the remaining balance and ship your item(s). We will make 3 attempts within a 2 week period to contact you. If we do not receive a reply, we will assume you wish to cancel your order. Your items will be returned to inventory and your deposit forfeited.

Please remember: Your order will not ship until it is complete. If In-Stock items are combined with Pre-Order items, the In-Stock items will not ship until all of your selected items have arrived in our warehouse so please use caution when selecting items in your order.

Occasionally our suppliers cancel items or are unable to fulfill our order. If you have reserved a pre-ordered item and we are unable to obtain it, you may select a replacement item or elect to receive a refund of your 20% deposit for the item. Either way, as soon as we know, we will notify you immediately.
